I trade foreign stocks through my Fidelity account. You just have to enroll for international trading and have to call before your first trade.


Fidelity: Before you can trade internationally, you'll need to sign up. Once you've completed that process, but prior to placing your first trade, you'll have to contact an international trading specialist at (800)-544-2976.
