I'm not qualified to judge the motives and character of CEOs, but anything the CEO has said about debt needs to be considered in the context of the asset values attached. Hard capital versus operating capital. This is a different type of balance sheet than most subpenny companies have. Those are typically gobbling up working capital, not the case here.

News out will probably be his R/S notice. SVTE is CEO Bob's cash-pumping ATM. Prolly loading it up again w/ more shares. Once they're sold, he'll just shift gears. Thanks t2t2, your posts are enlightening.

the CEO IMO will take anything he can out of the 8B AS and if he's still in business then do a RS first (and possibly reduce the AS after to make it look better for a while)
