So are numerous other companies in need of capital, but it doesn't stop them from trading, and more than I can count have went from trips to pennies in default. And many of those become active again. $nyx0 is a recent stock that I bought at 0001 and sold over 001 that was in default in NV... look at it now. Active!
As for 1 step away from gray sheets that's total bs. In this case TONR would have to be unreachable. Not the case, they're in business. As long as they're in business and building the brand I'll give them a shot. Come backs do happen
