You are correct, there was likely not a majority who voted for the RS, but what has this BOD to fear? Another drawn out lawsuit by shareholder's while they collect a few more million and PPHM picks up the legal tab.
They act with impunity. They have no fear and no conscience in my opinion. They are garbage.
