Agree, why do you think it runs from 0.2 to 0.35 on no news? It's all because of the RS vote being voted down. A lot of folks are buying and holding because they knew the company will do something to address the delisting. The management team is a big holder of the shares too, and they aren't going let their money go to nothing.
That buying interest pushed it up, then it triggered alerts and traders, shorts everybody started pilling in even made it on CNBC news. When the traders are done and moved on, what you got left is the original longs that sees the opportunity to cash in at a later time but much higher price.
