I can understand why somebody would want to sell this stock. Simple things like not updating the website to larger things like not filing and not updating shareholders and what happened to Augmently "before summer"? That said, I thought the webcast was interesting. As I recall, Mr. Textor alluded to in the last webcast, this stock is large risk/reward.
