The only thing going on here is an attempt by a group of traders hoping to make others think something is going on.

This volume is nothing compared to the volume back in 2014 and the highest it got was $.0003. It's probably those that got stuck in the stock who are trying to entice people to gamble on it so they can dump their shares.
