Inaccurate. ISBG does not take offense to shareholders making inquiries.

In the release ISBG commented on shareholders who "Circulated unfounded rumors relating to the proposed business relationship between ISBG and TGRR".

ISBG wanted to set the record state: No merger, No Acquisition, etc.
