........polite disagreement on that option....................litigation waiver language is included in the claimant certification (download a sample)................."if you want your money, you can't sue nor challenge any provision of the POL nor covet your neighbor's husband"........etc.............common stock shareholders are on very thin ice in a BK............regardless.....most.....MOST get wiped out......in nearly 100% of BK's......particularly when there are only financial assets....TO WIT...........
