1Plus I don't have a trading account but if I did I would try to buy 100 shares just to see if it is halted or it is as you say it's under review.

For me any change is good because I'd like to move on. I first invested in this stock in 1999 when it was called Hope Technology. I think I still have the 100 shares I bought.
