Fair enough. I still disagree but that's just my view. This is about 4% of the entire O/S which is nothing. It won't help EPS meaningful nor will it give enough space to the A/S. Hence it's not a big deal. Now of course it's better than nothing. Now if they retire another 200 million shares wake me up. Then it would have some impact to the numbers. Easy as that.
