Most MJ stocks are 2~4 times lower from their highs, POTN is almost the only exception, broke out its recent high and stayed above it.

Can you imagine how high POTN can go once MJ sector resumes its uptrend? POTN has no resistance while most other MJ stocks have 2~4 times resistance.
