I agree with you that Frank stabilized and sorted out issues


but I do not entirely blame McCusker


what we know is that McCusker is a SALES MACHINE

look at the book of business that he has built in the warranty business

its impressive

and that is why he is staying on board as the head of sales and marketing - it totally makes sense -

he is the SALES MACHINE of the company


and - also, he was intelligent enough to know to give the organizational side to Frank


its pretty damn cool that they can look at each other's strengths and utilize them effectively
