You have referenced the new technology being tied to the old patents and as a result stated the life of the technology was anchored on the membrane technology. That is and was incorrect. As for the BNP being the reason for Mr. Barnhizer having "sought" the CEO position, it was more related to the bioreactor potential and a desire to rescue the company from prior management and make it functional as a real corporation. I believe he soon realized the bioreactor was uneconomic and then went on to BNC, BNP and BNF. None of those worked as well as their inventor had portrayed so Mr. Barnhizer himself invented other technologies. Those --- FlatPacks and the N-Assay, apparently will be our salvation and reward for perseverance.
