Are you able to explain how TALK "acquired" UMS.. and if so is it considered a merger or an acquisition? Was this "transaction" completed?

Including the ones that were certified by management to be correct. So if they lied, it would be a felony under Sarb-Ox.

Is that why management has abandoned TALK? No SEC filings for 11 months, and no appearance in the lawsuit against them by LG which resulted in a $406K default judgement.

Lying in legal filings will do that.
