First of all, why did TALK not even bother to respond, much less defend themselves in the lawsuit.

Second, it has been 2 months and no appeal has been filed. TALK is dead broke and insolvent - they likely don't have enough money to pay an attorney to appeal. The chances of them even filing an appeal are really zero, much less prevailing. They have no defense - they violated the terms on the contractual agreement with LG Capital. They had no chance of winning the original lawsuit, and even less of a chance of prevailing in an appeal, even if they filed one, which they haven't.

TALK is finished. The stock is essentially without any fundamental value whatsoever. It is overpriced at even its current price, and the complete lack of trading volume is an indication that the market thinks so, too.
