They have to report changes within 10 days of an officer leaving.... that would be are cfo and them shares listed are directly tied to his resignation. Read form 3 attached here.
Also everyone needs to know the difference. Ziv and his position belongs to our subsidiary , not the public company, so his position and stock was not needed to be reported to the sec....... complicated yes, but no know the difference.
