Darrell -

I'm going to jump in here. The US listing allows DOLV/newco to raise funds in US capital markets. It also affords US people (us) the opportunity to speculate or invest in the future of DOLV/newco.

There is no need for DOLV/newco to have any operations in the US. I certainly don't ever expect any.

This is not unique to DOLV or to China. For example, I could buy shares in Anglo-American Gold if I wanted to. As far as I know, their operations are exclusively in South Africa - they do nothing here in the US. There are any number of Canadian and Australian mining companies that I can also buy here but which also have no US operations. There are any number of other examples, involving many different countries.

There is no reason whatsoever to expect US operations for DOLV/newco.

Darrell...Floradany will not respond to you..He is limited to 1 post a day. But to answer your question...the Chinese Co will now be represented by a US stock..So all the revenues and profit they make will be shared by the stock holders in the form of a stock price. This Chinese Co is made up of many Chinese Cos...so the potential is great...I suggest you sell EVERYTHING YOU HAVE and Buy all of this stock you can...And do a little reading on Reverse Mergers...Google it. IMO of course. LOL

Good luck

Hello Darrell!

The way it works is a company is worth x amount, money is money anywhere just converted.US markets are much much better to be in be more lucrative. We are a world company. It doesn't matter if they are selling popsicles to eskimos in the North Pole. It's gonna be worth someone thinking they will sell 1000000 popsickles in one day and people will want to buy based on hype and the run up to sell.
