thank you data for the intelligent reply. of all boards i must say it seems everyone here has the same feel for whats going on.. i love the fact that we are all realistic because so many other boards are just a plain joke! there is always risk! but i feel something different here... like im part of the family lol Always a bad thing to have feelings for a stock lol. i for sure will have to let my wife do the selling here because i don't want to fall anymore in love with this story, i lost $35k on Parkervision that way :(

DataStream, after Nov/Dec court's decision, if we win in appeal, ATVI has any chance to file other appeal? If not, we go direct to trial? My big concern is ATVI drag out, delay more and longer time, we all have been here more than 5 years. Thank you!
