Surely you jest Mr. Big. Let me count the ways. On second thought anything I say probably will not meet your definition of "so bad", and yes, it could be or get worse. Upset, and starting to question it all, even the nine promising trials smack of "Big Lie" propaganda techniques to me right now. Sorry, hope I'm wrong.

Things are really really bad..I stopped trusting the big Dr since June 2016..just hoping for a miracle which brings the price to $5
