#8723 RE: stealthways #8722

I would prefer to see Stryker acquire AMDA honestly. My research into Zimmer has shown Zimmer to be a little shady. It also doesnt seem to be the greatest company to work for, if you can trust information on forums at all.

Zimmer has extensive debt it needs to service. I think this is because they keep buying companies to keep revenues climbing. Acquiring Amedica would be just another example of this. I of course believe that Amedica could be the saving grace Zimmer has been looking for.

The problem i see in a ZBH bid is Zimmer is coming from a position of weakness. Stryker on the other hand is in a position of strength with its 3.2B in cash, with its Robotic arm acqusition, & its 3D printing facility setup to drive future growth. Zimmer needs Amedica, Stryker needs to keep Amedica from its competition.

A bidding war would be nice, but i bet the deal already inked with Zimmer...IMO.

I am sitting here waiting for the HALT of the century...then read the details of the 8K on the BO news...IMO...i think it's coming very soon.

Hopefully, the deal price is reasonable for both Zimmer & Amedica.

As we speak, the bashing attempt from losers (funds, MMs, in-house investment team from hating competitors, the owner of 2.3 millions in-sun-light short interest positions, & of course a bunch of naked shares owners)...Here are some screen shots of them bashing desperately to assist the naked shorting in process for quite a long time:
