Most or all of the Jeffersons extensions are priced higher by 30-40% than Reserve depending on where you reside or more in this case imo. Of course, they also usually sit an additional year too. But it seems we are finally to the point of gaining on those extensions.
Pretty sure you are correct regarding one of the reasons that Gross profit is going up and up.
