I think what isn't being said by some is because they know the potential. And they'd rather not let on that they know it.

While the blinded trials for brilacidin and prurisol don't get updates until their interim data I still point towards the trial designs. They are set up the way they are for a reason. To me it's better than simply pass or fail. This set, across the board for all 4 trials is intentional to bring out the best potential for moving into phase 3's. I like the odds myself.

Now 33 locations for prurisol.

brilacidin OM

Looks like the locations are expanding here as well.

Anne Ponugoti is now the contact.

Brilacidin UP POC Trial

Kevetrin presentation Thursday and then July we get the updates on Brilacidin.

Simply, I think those that see the big picture and do their DD have a pretty good clue what's happening.

I'd like to think I do.

I def like our odds
And getting nearer to data reveals

Prurisol the potential Big Mover obv
The 6-wk interim look will be telling
Any trend lines out to patients at 12 weeks will be interesting ... if efficacy is plateauing at 3 months or showing signs of still climbing

Hopefully we hear a bit more details and B OM and the final cohort of B IBD hopefully continues to show half (or better) remission

Kevetrin trial site.
Yesterdays update on clinicaltrials.gov gave it away...

Thanks runninggirl hopefully 1 day you'll have another find for an Italian hospital that might start Kevetrin for Acute Myelogenous Lukemia.
