WDDDs is not a 'Luck' play in case you were misinformed.
Here are some facts... Not Pumping:
So far WDDDs has survived the Markman & PTAB and has a solid shot at Treble Damages vs ATVI. It also has many infringers to go after once ATVI Settles. It has qualified infringement already and once the remaining disputed infringement is qualified; damages will be determined.
It's not a quick process but WDDDs is closer than ever and has an ownership in MRMD which is growing and making money (nice backstop).
