Sulaco, a reverse split is a neautral event to Ronin, as they position themselves to own 10% of the company. The negative event, unfolding in slow motion before our eyes, has been dilution.

Perhaps Ronin will cauterize the bleeding at the reverse split by forcing some kind of monied partnership. That's one thing for which we can hope. But we've already lost the limb(s). I'm feeling very The Holy Grail's Black Knight these days.

Will King pull a rabbit out of there hat and avoid the reverse split(our hope beyond hope)? Or is the rabbit that vicious pointy toothed cave dwelling beast, about to rip our freaking heads off?

My point is Ronin doesn't care about the number of shares in the float, they care about the percentage of the company they own. It's improbable they are buying this for a home run in the short term. Instead, imo, they are looking for incremental gains over years and years, and they don't care if there are 300M shares or 43M shares in the float.

I don't know, maybe there is a Merck or AZN Lancelot ready to save us just in the nick of time, from this crumbling castle twice already built on a swamp.

PS Guess who the shrubber is? ;)

Were you ever able to determine what Stafford's major was in as an undergraduate? As I posted some weeks back, I could not find what subject area he majored in.
