Does $5-7 million for all human trials mean 501k, CE Mark and PMA inclusively? Or just one, e.g., 501k?

And meaning that amount dedicated solely for trials, with additional corporate cash burn during the extended period of trials and while awaiting approval, be it yea or nay?
