If Stebbins had resigned as you claimed the corporation would be required to file an 8K, material definitive agreement. That hasn't happened so it appears one of the 2 parties related to this claim of resignation is lying thru their teeth.

Stebbins name is all over AZFL filings. He is still involved and in a very high level capacity.

OTC Markets does NOT list a company as having verified profile unless it is VERIFIED.

Sticky should be removed because it is misleading and full of false information.
