I think putting 2 and 2 together, that has been the stated plan all along.. Move any and all assets of value over to LTCP and try a fresh new launch/approach with that entity.
The curious thing is the absolute massive amount of dilution to settle minor debts and the long extent of this audit. Smells like Bernies exit from HAON is being expedited. Rather than acquire another defunct business and drop in HAON shell. I can see a new RM take place here.
There has been a ton of accumulation of shares.. The set up is still there for a dividend and new acquisition/RM to send this... roughly 2 billion shares accumulated in 6 weeks or so and not a single piece of exciting news and everyone knew the duress from the 8-k settlement!!
