The market didn't react to that lol,,,,they actually were shot down 2 x...the market reacted the 2nd time cause they knew they couldn't get the necessary votes

Well I've been here since .10 .08 .07 .05 .02 Then back to .05s .10.20s..etc. SO, WRONG again!!! AGAIN, the company NEVER said they were GOING to do an r/s!! They put it to a proxy vote and it was voted DOWN...AGAIN!!!...BIG DIFFERENCE!! The market DID NOT react as they were GOING to do one....It traded sideways in the .02s in a channel and went and up to .05s when it was voted DOWN! So quit saying the company was GOING to do a r/s...it was always up to the shareholders to vote on it, NOT the Company, and only an IDIOT would vote YES for an r/s...up from here! DCTH
