Wrong. They never said they were doing an r/s!! All the filings said is they were VOTING on an r/s. Big difference.

They did not say they were doing a R/S.. What they did say that a R/S was approved to put up for vote...totally 2 different things lol....read filings before those kind of posts..this board is well informed
