Good morning, at least here it is. One of the issues Baltia has is they cannot go to banks or other lending institutions to borrow money. In the absence of financials for the past few years, no bank or lending institution is going to risk their capital on a company like Baltia. The company has no assets to collateralize the loan, they sold off both aircraft they did own. Why would Baltia pay 12% interest, calling it a dividend, when they could have borrowed money at half that rate from a bank or other lending institution? Three problems - no assets, no experience, and the past history of Baltia. Tony was there, he may have been in the background, maybe not. Some speak of such sure events to happen when those events are as speculative as those events some of say might occur. Again, opinion is the absence of fact.
