To add to the conversation regarding OTCQB listing fee's, all exchanges charge a yearly fee. NASDAQ has a yearly fee of $40,000 to $125,000 depending on share structure and geography.

The NYSE has tons of ways to charge in addition to standing fees (see link). http://nysemanual.nyse.com/lcm/Help/mapContent.asp?sec=lcm-sections&title=sx-ruling-nyse-policymanual_902.03&id=chp_1_10_2_3

"Minimum and Maximum Listing Fees. The minimum and maximum Listing Fees applicable the first time an issuer lists a class of common shares are $125,000 ($150,000 as of January 1, 2017) and $250,000 ($295,000 as of January 1, 2017), respectively, which amounts include the special charge of $50,000"
