Hmmm. I always heard PR's cost something. If doing it just over OTC is indeed free, I'm surprised all these companies don't do it a lot more often. Even for minor things. Like he could have PR'd that the finra stuff was happening. It's free and it's exposure to the symbol. Curious! Again.
