I'm really not trying to stir the pot or get into a semantics arguement, but the use of the word 'filed' is actually correct in the used context.

v. filed, fil·ing, files
v.tr.
1. To put or keep (papers, for example) in useful order for storage or reference.
2. To enter (a legal document) as an official record.
3. To send or submit (copy) to a newspaper.
4. To initiate (a lawsuit): file a complaint; file charges.

Filed is now a legal term? To use it otherwise is deceitful? Wow really digging deep here? I would think that something more important might be? Well you get my drift? PGPM delivered a paper instrument, to OTC Markets to complete & satisfy all OTC required filings!
