So, the AS hasn't changed and can be monitored at the NV SOS site, the OS hadn't changed as of this morning (needs to be checked on again). The float wasn't disclosed this morning and was last reported at 612 million, I believe...so, subtract CEO schaefer's 650 million form the AS. Leaves us with 1.35 billion total possible OS (OS should be 1.1B now with the 650M cancelled). That is the highest (approximately) that the float can go to. Should be running out of dilution to the float wouldn't ya think?

Pretty sure I'm going to pursue CEO schaefer, down the road here, and 'make sure' that he didn't sell any of his 690,000,000 shares (counting the 40,000 preferred that convert to 40,000,000 common)...
