That's the problem. .0002 will never clear. Millions of shares were bought at .0001 and the convertible debenture holders bought even lower. There are billions of more shares that will be converted after ERHC does their next reverse split because ERHC has blown through almost 3 billion shares since the last reverse split less than 2 years ago.
These convertible debentures holders are thrilled when they can dump shares to unsuspecting people who don't understand the situation. They make a least 100% profit and usually more. Understand now?
