Did you read the filing they fixed the report in the fourth quarter after filing 3 consecutively incorrect that's their issue. The SEC does not file unless they have a case. I see what they did and it does not change the valuation today but the SEC complaint certainly affects the stock price. I agree this should be the bottom but the big RS is hanging the SEC is hanging more dilution is coming and they continue to take big money out of a start up stock company and print shares.
