The problem is SMME has a CEO who exhudes incompetence. She has a long history of failure, and her egotistical arrogance will never see her accept the massive failure that she is. The only way forward would be to remove her and install someone who has some business competence and experience. And unfortunately,it does seem like SMME is way too late to the tech table. The banks have found other ways to limit fraud, and its taken SMME 10 years to produce nothing saleable.
