But do some of those 650,000,000 of the former CEO's shares being retired come from some sort of preferred stock with a high conversion rate? My question being that it's not like 650,000,000 of the actual OS is being dumped, but just Bill's personal stash of shares that converted?

I'm merely asking, as I'm new here and looking to get in if this really is turning around. Any info is appreciated :)
