That's Walk for sure. He and I have had our differences but I can't tell you how much chocolate he has send me for helping him with his computer.

I'm not surprised Ma'am, his heart was as big as he was. Thanks for sharing.

Walk used to hand make fishing lures. He sent me one a few weeks back. It is a work of art and will be treasured.

Following up on walk's generosity and kindness to strangers, this was one of many PMs between us when walk was concerned about Bruce Thompson's wife Karen on Bruce's passing:

I read about the gathering in Fla next Saturday and checked air fares round trip Las Vegas to Fla, car rental, two nights hotel, food costs, etc. I really wanted to go, told Karen that Bruce wouldn't know if I made it or not, but at least she and I would hug. She assured me if I came, we would hug. And I wanted that. But the total cost to me to go was around $1,000. I can afford that. But it seemed to me that I was being selfish, that a donation to the St Jude Children's Cancer Hospital was the right thing to do. So I asked Karen how she felt about it. She wanted to meet me, wanted to hug me for what I did, but felt as I did that a donation was for children, and the right thing to do. So I did.
The young lady I talked to at the donation center took all my info, and said they would prepare a really nice card and send it to Karen. I hope she gets it in time, this coming week, to take it with her next Saturday. If so, then I will be pleased.
