Under the Trump administration there's no telling, he appointed Scott Pruitt of course and he's taking us back a couple decades with policies and the Paris Agreement exit. The lawsuit was filed during Obama's administration so maybe Pruitt is going to play a whole different ballgame. We've all seen how late the US gov't is in responding to catastrophes...Flint, Katrina, Asbestos is still legal in America. The key to HCTI success will be it's international distribution, and thankfully we've seen a slew of partnerships to facilitate that stage for Hybrid. Accumulation for this stock is pretty high so I'd imagine the run is going to happen sooner than later, but until then I'm holding long and strong $HCTI

I do believe other countries will ban isocyanates first, unless California does ban and then other states ensue. I know they just recently ended their open platform to allow comments from citizens and I totally brought everything from this board to the table. Hopefully we see feedback soon and new legislature.
