Need to keep an eye on app ratings. If it sustains as a revenue generator, the PPS will find its footing. It's often difficult for these apps to sustain beyond a few weeks - so very important to keep an eye on app rankings

Filings specifically state that the CEO and CFO cannot convert their debt to commons because they already own over 4.99 percent commons. It basically states in the financials that they have no plans to convert the debt into shares.
