LMAO..that they are...and the only one I've ever heard of actually hitting was OWCP. 1 out of 10,000...odds are slightly better than winning the lottery. I've never seen more pumping than I have on a few of these boards that I follow. I genuinely thought this thing would be at 2 to 3 cents by now. I wasn't expecting a lottery ticket just a 15%-25% gain instead I took a 50% loss. What a joke.
