Yes. It is a scam. It's always been a scam. It was never anything else but a scam. I've even contacted some of the "scientists." No one is willing to sign on to the total concept. Each scientist/engineer was asked only about narrow topics and none have been consulted on the total design/viability.

It's been a scam all along. Nothing new issued to create a legitimate company or product, so scam it remains.

It's a scam. The claims break the rules of science. Just a regurgitation of a paper consisting of bad science.

Even Boyle (Boyle's Law) and Bernoulli (Bernoulli equation) thought at one time they had conceived a perpetual motion machine. Indeed, the discovery it was impossible lead to the formation of Boyle's law. which states:

that at constant temperature for a fixed mass, the absolute pressure and the volume of a gas are inversely proportional.
