Yes. It is a scam. It's always been a scam. It was never anything else but a scam. I've even contacted some of the "scientists." No one is willing to sign on to the total concept. Each scientist/engineer was asked only about narrow topics and none have been consulted on the total design/viability.
It's a scam. The claims break the rules of science. Just a regurgitation of a paper consisting of bad science.
