Senrex, I used to get PO'd at the management of companies I was invested in for the same reasons you're PO'd right now. After a while I realized it wasn't doing me any good - just made me and my kids miserable(and my ex-wife LOL).
Instead, I now focus on what I know I can change, which is my investments for whatever reason I think is relevant. My attitude is SK doen't know me, doesn't care to know me, and owes me nothing. It helps me to take the emotion out of the equation.
Ironically, management is damned if they do and damned if they don't. By that I mean, if they make announcements and put time frames on them that don't come about, investors are pis sed off, if they don't make announcement investors are pis sed off. Tough for management of public companies to make everyone happy.
I do believe PPHM will have nice news in the near term that will increase the PPS.
