I was able to buy 10 months ago on scottrade but not anymore. Just tried putting in a bid for 500k at .0035 and scottrade won't let me buy. They will however let me sell my 3.87M shares but then I can't buy back so I haven't sold a share. I'm sure there are others in the same boat as me. This news should put us in the .03-.05 range realistically so I will continue to hold for that range. Just sucks that I can't slap the ask when I want too like right now.

you maybe right..I was unable to place order on td ameritrade but was able to on my etrade account
