That's an odd one

They requested the ability to re-file. But the judge closed the door on them. That suggests that the judge wasn't impressed with their efforts at service or felt the complaint was lacking from the get go.

Well actually they can sue the same person. Just not for the same causes of action.

Wrong on the $170 million lawsuit..If you read Cemtrex legal filing, it clearly says that the Company reserves the right to sue Pearson when he resurfaces from hiding.
