Well, at $.0008 and $6MM of convertible debt that would be about 15 Billion shares for debt holders to convert and sell in less than a year so good luck getting the $12MM (or $15MM if you're taking out 0010s) in funds to take all of that out. IMHO the $12MM+ could be better spent elsewhere.
