I'm no technical analyst, so the guy (analyst) I heard yesterday on a video said $1450 was the magic number for the gold price breakout. He seemed pretty convinced that it was the price that would have the Big Boys coming in. He also said it might be a while before it get there, but $1309-$1315 was crucial to break through and move higher in the near term.

We can only guess, but there will be a price point gold hits that sends it on a parabolic move higher obviously the higher it goes the more people will pile into it. I definitely agree the stock market is going to have to sell off before gold breaks that magic number.
