Senrex, this board goes thru many periods of infrequent postings, for you to assume that everyone feels the way you do would be a mistake.

If you're nervous/uncomfortable or whatever the case about your investment here, then the wise move is to get out. Just don't be like others who decide to bail and come back and brag about what a good decision they made. Just sell and move on.

Thank You.

First, Big on Tarvy is on target. Thanks BOT. Second, mgmt appeared to be a little cavalier on the stock price and the shorting situation. My guess is mgmt knows what's going on and I think they know accumulation is going on. I heard thru a very connected banker that mgmt met with an investment bank earlier this year. One of the issues talked about was getting more institutional ownership. With the huge float, it doesn't take a lot to push this thing around and discourage retail investors.

I also think the company is positioning itself for sale next year, thus the reason for advancing the trials, All IMO.

I'm hoping Godofsky has some good things to say in October. My bet is that he does.

There are only three things that matter with PPHM as far as I am concerned --
1. The technology seems to be there - no one has argued or shown that it isn't.
2. The one significant insider who has made purchases has lately been making them through his IRA account --- which to me indicates that he doesn't want to be forced to recognize any gains from his investment immediately if he is forced to sell ( i.e. if the company is bought out).
3. The poison pill - meaning that if there is good news forthcoming, PPHM will not go away cheaply.

I may be totally wrong but I am willing to take my chances as long as the above holds true. There are too many instances of retail investors being scared out too soon because of bad or no news. Management seems to be hanging low until some blockbuster news event is announced - they seem to have no reason to be concerned with short term gains or losses. If the eventual favorable event is announced, there is no telling how high this stock can go. The downsize risk is minimal compared to the upside potential, and the key to keeping one's sanity on this particular speculation is not to play with what you cannot afford to lose.

I have been in this game awhile and know that the patient and the shrewd almost always skewer the fearers and the greeders.....
